How is content managed and uploaded?
Our digital signage platform is a web-based solution, meaning that it entire network can be accessed and managed remotely via any internet browser.
Can I schedule content to play at specific times?
Yes, the scheduling capabilities in the system very flexible. You can schedule content to play specifically by time of day, days of the week, weeks of the month, and months in the year. You can also schedule playlists, so you have a morning one, and an afternoon one, and then maybe a special weekend playlist promoting your 'brunch' for example...
Do you I need to provide my own hardware (screens, players, etc...)?
With Streamline Media LLC, you have the choice of providing your own hardware or having us provide it for you as part of our overall package. Our strategic partnerships with the hardware manufacturers allow us to offer hardware solutions at very competitive prices if this is something you need and may make the overall job easier for you.
Do you guys provide training to learn how to use the software?
Yes. Usually we recommend our customers start off with content management services, this way getting your digital signage solution underway more quickly. But if eventually if you find the time and want to have more personal control of your network, we definitely will help you make that transition over and will always be on call for support and training.
Do you guys provide installation services?
Yes, if this is something you need, we provide onsite installation support.
